My 90 integra is having issues the car idles fine but under load she like pudders till around 4 grand then picks back up instantly I can hear my fuel pump wine when I'm at a stop but don't know if this is why the car is puddering.

Definitly the fuel pump

could be ignition too like the dizzy or something else

^yeah my old hatch was doin that and we traced it to loose wires in the ignition

is it slow to start at all? How old are your wires, dizz cap/rotor button and sparkies?

(Just saying, if their old/unknown, they probable need replacing anyway.)

Another question-How does it feel when you let OFF the gas? I know its odd, but my old LS integra did similar to what your saying-turned out to be the TPS. What tipped me off to check the TPS is when I let my food off the gas in gear (went to say 3k or so and let off to shift) the engine would kind of rev up like 100 rpms and hang awkwardly, hard to describe.
