get some 3m window weld (polyurethane) from advance auto take your mounts out tape off one side and fill them all with the window weld (youll need 2 maybe 3 tubes) then let them dry for at least 24 hours and viola you have brand new stiff mounts!

if you have time, fill them halfway then let it dry for a dy then fill them to the top.

leave the metal bushing thats from the factory in the middle, your basically just filling in the void were theres open space or rotted rubber. if its totally trashed inside the mount and all the rubber is gone then just leave the stock metal bushing in the center and fill around it.

i have personally done this on my car and it works great
i would not try welding in anything to make it solid or it is going to shake your teeth out
the urethane will be tough enough
