 Post subject: how to fix deep cuts on wheels?

i got a set of fat fives, one of them has a deep cut in it. i was wonderin what would be the best way to fix it, what are the wheels made of alluminum?

Does the tire hold pressure? Is the rim bent or off balance? If so chuck it and get another one. They are cheap, about 80 bucks or less each. Not worth repairing, IMHO
