I have a 97 4 door lx d16y7 with 180,000 miles. I did a compression test and it was ok 154-165psi. I want a little more power I have been thinking about ordering a ZC from a JDM engine place and a turbo kit. Is there alot more to doing this than changing the motor and installing the kit? Do i need to chip the ECU or? Thanks in advance...

besides the motor and turbo kit, you need new engine management, upgrading the fuel system etc..
