i have a b18b1 in a 91 integra. my idle is lame cause it dosent want to stay constant. it goes up and down like its struggling to breath and when i put it in gear it takes off but when i come to a stop it turns off, as well when i reverse. i have two questions.

1st- how do i adjust my tps cause everyone is telling me to do that and i think thats my main problem.

2nd-since the b18b1 is from a 94 integra and i have one in a 91 will i need a different motor harnes? mainly because where the M.A.P is in my car its next to the "fire wall" it it wont reach the senor on the manifold.

answers anyone?

Edit your posting to tps instead of tbs. I know you need a volt meter but I have never adjusted the actual sensor. New ones are anywhere from 35 to 50 bucks.

it could be the idle air control valve most common problem there a nother valve i forgot the name one is under the the throttle body and the other is on the back of the intake.

you can take the one off the intake and clean it with carb cleaner.

the one under the throttle body you can take the back off of and theres a white knob the screw it back it.
