Did you adjust your tps sensor when installed? Did you get new gaskets and seals? And check if you have any leaks from your hoses.

Calibrating the TPS has absolutely nothing to do with how "great" it ran....before. Anytime a TPS is removed, it has to be calibrated. Just FYI.

I get a lot of stuff from ebay better for me to buy cheap crap at 1/4 the cost and spend a week making somthing nice out of it gives me somthing to do I knew going in it was going to be trouble the intake its self is sound just some of the bolt holes had to be drilled out and one throttle body bolt hole was 1/2in off :fi and the welds on the monting flange to the head had to be ground down to make room for the bolts other thin that its not a bad part like I said just to wild an intake if i was building a full race motor id get another one "In any case its now down to jumping between 1000-1200" :)

:yahoo All right guys and gals I got this POS to work and work good this is what to do

1. Check all bolt holes to make shere thay line up. (TEST FIT)
"May need to drill out or make new holes becuse of miss punchs"

2. Ground down the welds on the mounting flange to the head to make room for the bolts. (TEST FIT)

3. You may need to add a vacuum tap or two the one I got only had two 1/8 and two 3/8.
"I needed more 1/8 vacuums so I got a 3/8 tap and a vacuum block"

4. Use a M8 thread hole tap and go over all threaded holes to clean thim out.
"This will save you time later all the thread on mine where ruff"

5. Use sealer around all sensors becuse thay may not seal ageinst the ruff intake.

6. Use sealer on the intake side along with your intake gasket to make a good seal when you bolt it up.
"This was my problem the intake is ruff all over and must of been seeping air around the gasket"

Also as a note on a 88-91 civic/crx you will need to unbolt your master cylinder to get this intake to fit
