ITR's are 81mm stock, so yes they make ITR pistons in 81mm and all the way up to 81.5, I believe.

As far as the pistons working on LS rods, I believe a machine shop will have machine the rods small end to fit into the pistons. That's not something you necessarily have to worry about since the machine shop will do the work for you.

As far as I know the ls rods don't need to be machined to fit the p30 pistons

i dont think so considering they came on a b16 motor, just like the p30's...

p30's = 11.2:1
pr3's = 10.8:1

get the p30's

I don't know about the 180 running the 403's. If you were running the 404's with a good tune then yes around 180ish. People say 404's are not drivable but with a good tune they can idle pretty damn close to stock.

It depends on the dyno. Throwing 180 to the wheel is different than throwing 180 to the crank.

That sounds like its been tuned conservatively. did you do a dyno before going all motor?

180whp is not out of the question, it all comes down to how well the tuner can get the most amount of power out of the aforementioned mods. but i would imagine with those mods 180 would be a walk in the park...
