You wont need the fuel rail.
260 I think can be done on 8 or so psi.
As far as pistons/rods. Eagle Rods and CP Pistons.
Stock headgasket.
As far as the turbo, someone else will have to chime in on that.

you could might be able to get a away with using a t3/t4, t3 super 60, or prolly your best bet is the Garrett GT28RS...its really expensive but its a really good turbo

on a budget? dont boost. shit will always creep up, shit you didnt plan for.
as far as what compression... i'd say 9.x:1 would be good for you.
im not sure what cams are out there that work best with turbo LS'...

this site is not for lsvtec. search honda tech or g2ic.com or something.

tight budget and turbo shouldn't go into the same sentence. If it is mentioned in the same sentence make sure you throw the word "break" somewhere in there.

I run the Crower 402T Cams and they made a big difference on the top end. I use a Garrett t3/t4 57 trim .63 A/R. I make full boost just before 4K and hold it all the way to 8K. Trusted, true and cheap....57 trim LOL

ls/vtec will never give you the power potential of a turbo'ed ls... however there are a lot less things to go wrong with a turbo setup than n/a IMO... a stock ls/vtec with gsr cams in it will make around 170-180whp

well i well put together ls/vtec will cost you around 2K...i nice turbo kit will be more than that...plus tuning as well u know... 8 psi on a stock ls will be reliable as long as everything is put together correctly (no "ebay" parts) and a good tune on hondata/crome
