i have a 90 crx with a b18a1. when i rapidly floor it under 3500 rpm it bogs out then comes back to life. the only code im throwing is a atmospheric preasure sensor. would that be the issue? and also the car idles around 1700rpm and its very anoying wat would cause that? any input would be great thanks.

i have done all that a few times. i didnt do the swap. i bought it like that for 800 bucks. i fixed a few things here and there but just cant figure the bog out. my buddy had a crx si with a zc in it and it did the same thing. it really sucks. and the code i am throwing is from a sensor in the ecu itself(so read on a few forums) im gonna switch the ecu out when my buddy gets back to town whenever that is. but if anyonelse has input it is greatly apreciated. thanks

I have never heard of the Atmospheric Pressure Sensor. It might be the MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor)

I would check these three first:
MAP sensor, throttle position sensor, the O2 sensor. Check those first, make sure that you are getting a constant voltage to those sensors from the ECU.
