ok i have a b18a1 the guy said it was out of a 94 teg its swapped into a 91 civic hb questions are i have idle bounce ??? what ecu should be in there he said it was an obd o but idk have not checked yet and what mods if any for a turbo need to be made

Does it only bounce for a minute or two when you start up the engine then stop when the engine warms up?

ya mostly when it starts up but sometimes just random when i like stop
