Okay maybe someone can give me an idea of what are things that would cause a b18b1 swap into ej1, not to rev out to the redline?

It is going to 6k rpms, when it is supposed to go to 7200 rpms and don't know why it is doing that. As soon as I switched to a b-series it has been doing this and no check engine lights are on.

Is there any difference between an automatic and manual engine harness?

i heard that it depends on which b18b you get.
beeing as you have the b18b1 and so do i,
i find it rather odd.
i rev out at 7500 and bounce around that as well,
but my most power is right around 35 or so and builds to the rev.
what i have learned is that some of them that arent ls motors rev out around 65 and have less hp and it the same motor.
im also assuming your motor is jdm like mine.
i found a spec page i can forward you if you'd like to see it.
it has the specs of everthing for every honda motor.
whether its american, japanese, or europian.

A stock B18b1 redlines at 6800rpms not 7500rpms. I have mine tuned to red line at 7000rpms.
