can anyone tell me what the difference in the d series distributor and the ls distributor are? i've researcehed a little about them and the only difference i can find is that some b series cams are off centered instead of straight up and down like the d series but on my ls cams the slots for the distributor are straight up and down. and i read about a guy who used a d series on his b series and was wondering if it would work for me so that i don't have to buy a new dizzy. any advice?

You need a B series dizz. The motor should come with one.

yeah for the guy that used a d dist. on the b.-- prbly took a bit of work unless there's a conversion harness out that but idk on that. easiest way is use a b series dist.
