its all in the tune.
my buddy has 880's on his turbo civic making 420 and his car runs fine.

I seriously think 450's are over kill, but its good to get a large injectors, you can also tune them down (less duty cycle) when you tune. however, if you have too small of an injector you can not increase their output via tuning... once you max out your injectors you have one option, go bigger.

cliffs -

450s will run fine.
450's are too big IMO. i think you should run 390'sw.

440's arent too big go for those if you can get a deal on em....

390's will only support 200-230 hp depending on fuel pressure, 440's will get you in the 250 range

if you want 250 whp then 390s will be really really maxed the F$#@ out to get you there. use that link i posted earler and remember that is crank hp not wheel hp.

your not going to run into problems with idling on large injectors unless your like 800cc plus so theres really no penalty in buying big.

my friends turbo LS has like 700cc injectors in it and its only making 220whp

fuel pumps not a bad idea depending on your chassis (some civics have smaller pumps than integras). the thing to know with the fuel pump is that higher base fuel pressures reduce the amount of fuel flow the pump can support. running larger injectors at lower pressures helps avoid this.

as far as your ignition system just leave it stock (change the plugs though) you dont need to worry about that stuff till your makin some pretty serious power.
