i dont remember the casting identification numbers, but one is just the 81mm combustion chamber (came on the b20b) and then some b20z's had a P8R head (i believe) that had 33mm valves (instead of 31mm) and had a 84mm combustion chamber...the P8R will flow better

ok i have a problem the guy who is selling a p8r head is also selling a b18b head
i heard if i put the p8r on the b18 block it can cause problems( compression etc.)
my goal is to have an all motor b18b
p30 pistons

both heads are the same price 100$ ?
which will benefit me better ?

Get the b18b head. The p8r's 84mm chamber would be a poor match to the 81mm bore of the b18. The 81 mm bore will shroud the valves and hurt the airflow.

This will give you an idea of what can be done with a P75 head:
