I have been working on my crx for about a year now and i have been through a d15b, b18c1 that didn't run right. I was wanting to put a b20b 96-98 in my crx. I dont know what half shaft to use. If anyone knows please let me know. I was going to buy the motor from Tiger Japanese. Has anyone ever ordered from them. Thanks

If your using cable tranny: 90-93 integra half shaft: 5 speed

hydro tranny: 94-01 integra half shaft: 5 speed

Make sure the crx wiring is right, if not then it will not start or make it run like crap. Did you ever did a compression test on the other motors that was in the crx?

I never order anything from them before, I usually get my motors from Pacific engine in GA. Been going there for awhile.

I never did check the compression on the gsr motor. I had a skunk 2 manifold, fadanza lightened flywheel and couldnt hear the vtec kick in. I took it to the track and my best time was a 15.7. Do you think the b20 would be faster than a gsr?

depends on what you do, tracks condition, and the driver.

I'm pretty sure you'll be slower with the B20.

I've seen a bone stock b20 in a EG, hit 14.8 1/4 mile track.

I guess no one takes into account driver skill when racing anymore.

Lastly...

This swap is identical to swapping an LS (B18A/B) into any Civic, Integra or CRX.
