X2 if anything most aftermarket ignition systems cause more problems then factory.

I wouldn't recommend upgrading the ignition or throttle body unless you plan on revving to more than 10,000 RPM. The stock TB presents no restriction for the HP levels you can expect to achieve on an LS block. Did you get the B20Z head or the B20B head? They are both P75 (exactly the same as the LS), but the B20Z comes with an intake cam with +1mm lift on the intake lobe.

I would recommend you go turbo. The LS block/bottom end has a proven track record for holding insane boost, and the stock CR is pretty boost friendly. Your first upgrade(s) would be engine management (I recommend Hondata), then fuel system, then turbo kit. Turboing that LS motor would give you the most HP/$, and would make more power and torque than ANY N/A b18a/b.
