b16 and ITR transmissions have closer gear ratios (as you know) this means that you will be in the motors optimum power band more than with a transmission that has longer gears...

on the other hand your RPMs on the highway are really high...i have a ITR USDM tranny on my b20/v and at 75-80mph i am at 4500 rpms. A GSR will help on the highway being lower in the revs, but the gears are longer which will take you longer to get to your motors top end power..

dont get me wrong a GSR transmission is a great tranny, but all motor you will be faster with a closer geared transmission...if you want more drive-ability on the highway get a gsr but you will be slower by a little bit
