If this is mostly a street car, Crower 403s or Brian Crower BC0022s are nice. Definite power improvement, and no idle issues or anything. 404s will move your powerband up a lot, so you'll need to rev higher to really make use of them, which the stock B20 won't like anyway. If you had ARP rodbolts, it'd be a little different.

Any of the nonvtec cams will work, nut you need to pay attention to your compression as that can effect what cam you should be running.
