This is not a built mini-me, just a basic mini me. I didn't go into detailed just the concept. Customer wanted to stick with his budget so it's not a high compression mini me.
Took the d15b7 1.5 motor apart and cross hatch the cylinder walls.
be sure to remove oil jet - I highlight it in red
After removed should look like this
After installed pistons - new piston rings and rod bearing.
use d16y8 head gasket.
installed the vtec head
Parts list:
D16Z6 or D16y8 complete cylinder head
D16Y8 Head Gasket
P28 ECU
D16Z6 Timing Belt
Wire and plug for VTEC oil pressure switch
If pre odo car, you can use pr3 or pwo ecu which is from a b16a or just convert the car to obd 1 so you can use the p28. Remember to wire the vtec solenoid and oil pressure switch.
