Has anyone ever bothered to figure out what the best cams are from Honda for B18a/b and/or B20?

I have to run stock cams in my class and the competition is going to be tough next year. My B20 runs at the same weight as cars running a B16a. And they are allowed CTR/ITR cams.

HELP.

Dont know if this helps but 96 and up automatic intake cam out of a b18b is a little bigger then other non v-tec motors, and i thank the b20z or b20b exhaust cam is the bigger of the non v-tec. I'll double check for you and let you know.
here are the auto cam spec for a b18b
Advertised Duration:260 / 264
Duration @ .050":201 / 205
Gross Lift w/1.75:396 / 382

i used these and picked up 2mph and knocked off 3tenths untuned sock bottom end ls.

Good Luck

Are you allowed to run an b18a/b bottom end with ctr pistons with a b18b head and the stock auto cams. If not then here is a good stock non v-tec motor to run for your b20.
Use a ls head they have bigger intake valves and it will raise your compression a little, and the ls head flows a little better as well. Plus b20z pistons have a
little higher compression then the b20b's.
this tuned could go for a good low to mid 14 second pass depending on your weight.

No. I'm running H2. H1 is the next class up and it allows hybrid builds. Been there, done that...
