as title states.

here is a pic of the current vc in my ED hatch. shaved letters and ground base, smoothed out, then painted wrinkle black with a couple coats of gunmetal over the black.

here is when the sun hits it.

this was the one i had before.

so today i decided to work on it. here is a pic of the shaved letters and ground base. also started smoothing out all the cast imperfections.

then i hit it up with a wire wheel to strip it of the paint and also for a further smoothing out of the vc.

another close up:

tomorrow i will get a smaller wire wheel for the hard to reach areas.

basically my idea is to either paint it or powdercoat it (if speedfoos' offer is still open).

still, i haven't found out which color i'm gonna use for this vc. here are the possible candidates:

1. black wrinkle

2. beige, or taffeta

3. white

4. purple (hm, not sure)

5. your suggestion (yes, i'm open to suggestions on which color to paint!)

but i don't feel like polishing it.
