dont know if this is the right place to post this ,got a question, i just recently put 450cc injectors and a new chipped ecu from pheriable, and now when i hit boost and get to like 4k or above on rmps the car seems to break up, wasnt doing it before, i have already changed the spark plugs to a colder temp, and still doing it any suggestion?

could just be not that good of a basemap, do you have a UEGO or wideband to monitor a/f ratio

no i dont have a wideband yet i just got a basic air/fuel gauge that i have not hooked up yet

did you include the size injectors in your basemap to phearable?

Have you checked your couplings to see if their lose or cracked. Check your gaskets on your turbo, waste gate, blowoff valve etc.

yea i have the injectors they did the base map with and i have already checked all the couplings and they were all fine

andy im really thinking its because your wastegate dumps right on your compressor housing making it lean out because heat :shock:

if its breaking up and popping real bad thats a lean condition my buddies s2000 when he first boosted it did the same thing at 5000rpm. if you have to drive the car then dont take it to close to 4000 if its doing that it could be running lean before that but not lean enough to cause the breaking up to happen.

side note call or email phearable.net they will talk or tell you about your tune and if you have a problem they maybe able to help you first
