well i have 95 ls integra right now and its my first all motor build. the setup is a ls block bored to 81.5mm with itr pistons, shotpeened ls rods, knife edged crank, port and polished head, skunk2 intake manifold, crower 404 cams, crower valves, valvesprings,and retainers. megan drift spec full exhaust with test pipe, 440cc injectors and probly a few other things that i cant think of right now. but im wanting to make 200whp if possible. im going to have it tuned on neptune as soon as the motor is broke in. this is not my dd so thats not a issue. just wanted to see what you guys though. thanks

nobody has anything to say? lol well everybodys telling me to go vtec, and that i wont make 200 or close to there. ive seen it made on less with a really good tune. what do you guys thing? going to have it tuned on neptune or hondata

i agree your asking for 2 much without the help of vtec sorry to say even the best pnp and valve job will just get u a stock vtec head the ls head just flows like crap but if u can figure it out with out boost or vtec please let us know

well i was thinking about going boost on the car, but i dont know how it would be with the crower 404s and boost? anybody know or ever ran those cams and boost?

the cams will yield good power for boost on top end. the turbo cam help more for spooling the turbo. high gross lift and low duration at .50 lift will help to make power sooner
