Im going to be purchasing a 99 2000 b20b from hmotors and was trying to do a little research. I was told that the b20s are great in 1st and 2nd but after that they quit pulling, is that true? My setup will be b20b itr tranny stage 1 or 2 cam from crower skunk 2 intake, DC header and under pulley kit maybe lightened fly wheel wanted to see what u all thank about the flywheel to, or if i should go with a differnt motor. What do think my times will be in the quarter mile with the b20 setup. Its also going into my 2000 civic dx. Thanks for the advice.

if you can build a motor that makes around 170whp, you will def. be in the 13s

With the ITR tranny, you won't hit long 3rd and 4th gears like you would with an LS tranny. The engine makes the same power in every gear, so that is the reason for it to stop pulling in higher gears, like you were told about.
