Hello you can expect about 25-45 hp increase with cams on a mild tune, I recommend adjustable cam gears, new Valve Springs, and Retainers. The stock ls rods and sleeves are pretty good to about 300 whp. However if you are planning to go over 8000 rpm get some arp rod bolts to hold those rods together and prevent the bearings from warping.

check out this guide http://www.nonvtec.com/forums/honda-b18a-and-b18b-engine-modification-guide-t2181.html

check out this build its pretty comprehensive http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2205543

Do you have the cams already? Check out http://www.coltcams.com Take a look at the tri flow cams. I just got a pari of stage 2 for my boosted application. These cams come with a 5 year NO CONDITION warranty and it's transferrable. Crower doesn't even back their cams up with this kind of warranty.
