ok guys. my problem is that i cant rev pass 5000rpm when my car has the turbo msnifold and turbo on. but if it has the stock manifold one on then it can go all the way to 7000 rpm. why is that? PLEASE help me out.

what is it tuned with? could be the ecu cutting it off. does it die or does it bounce like a rev limiter?

its street tune on uberdata only. yes its like a rev limiter.

see if you can take it back to the dyno and see what the uber is throwing out. it def. sounds like an ecu problem because if the engine is still running strong then the computer is telling it to stop.
