MY INTEGRA STOCK WILL START IDLE DOWN WARM UP DRIVES NORMAL THEN WHEN SHUT OFF WONT START BACK UP UNLESS U EITHER LET IT SIT 4 A WHILE OR UNPLUG INJECTOR WIRING HARNESS THEN CRANK OVER AND QUICKLY PLUG IT BACK IN. I THINK IT IS FLOODED SOMEHOW BUT CANT FIGURE OUT ALSO I THINK IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH COMPUTER.....BUT ITS A 95 SO ITS OBD1 CANT PLUG INTO IT TO FIND OUT.

Oh yeah also sometimes when i go to start it i put the key in and hold it turned over then nothing for a few seconds then maybe 5 seconds later crank crank vroom. HUH WIERD

Ran into same problem.... I re-solder the main-relay. B4, I tried different dizzy, spark plugs, wires, battery, changed ecu. It work but just a short time. Some main-relays from honda have poor solder on it (source from some honda forum). Since I re-solder the main relay, my civic LS been starting like a champ for a year now... This might be something U may want to consider.
