I have a 94 civic ex with a 97 b18b1 engine (obd2) with obd1 p75. Right now the engine is going into fuel cut at 6100 rpms, which I don't know whats going on. Another thing is I am getting only 17-18 mpg (160 miles per tank). It is not throwing any check engine lights, so the problem is I don't know whats happening?

have you checked for cel? what engine harness did you use? and have you tried a different ecu? is your ecu stock, no chips or anything like that.

do you have a fpr on your car, whats size injectors and fuel pump?

The fpr is the stock b18b1 fpr, the fuel pump is the stock civic fuel pump and the injectors are the ones that came with the motor.

i would check the ecu that is in it and make sure its an LS ecu... it shouldnt be ur fuel pump cuz stock is fine on a stock motor, all d series and b series injectors are 240cc so u should be good there, i would try another stock fpr and see what happens also check ur plugs

I have two other ecus that I can try. One is a p28 and the other is a p06.

when i did my swap i had to wait for my p75 ecu but i did use my p06 to get it to start and it worked fine. but the only difference i think is the maps. do any one know the fuel cut on the p06?
