i guess you like. just remember you have to shave alittle off the spider gears to make it fit but not too much. .005 or .050 i think gotta get that project car magazine. it shows how to install it.

DO YOU KNOW A DIRECT LINK ON THEIR WRITE UP ABOUT THE PHANTOM GRIP.. I LOOKED AND ALL I COULD FIND WAS THE CRX ARTICLE 1,2,3 WRITE UP NOTHING ABOUT THE PHANTOM GRIP... FROM THE THINGS I'VE JUST READ, I CAN REBUILD THE TRANNY WITH A PHANTOM GRIP CHEAPER THAN BUYING A REBUILD UNIT HERE IN CANADA.

i don't remember the issue and i can't seem to find it. its when they first got the crx and where rebuilding the sohc motor. i'll send you pics, once i find the mag. and yeh its alot cheaper but don't know anyone that really has them in their tranny.

ONE THING I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO DO IS TO GET 4TH AND 5TH GEAR REMOVED. I HAVEN'T USED THESE GEARS SINCE STREET LIFE, NOW THAT I'M ON THE TRACK IT'S ALL 3RD GEAR ACTION. THIS ALSO WOULD BE LESS ROTATIONAL WEIGHT AND GIVE ME BETTER ACCELERATION.

i was just reading about phatom grip vs Quaife and people says alot of bad stuff about the phatom grip. they say just to save your money and just get a real lsd. kaase or quaife. they also have a life time warrenty.
