i have crower stage 2 n/a cams and have been tossing around the idea of boot on my ls would these cams work or would turbo cams work out better

I don't know about the stage 2 n/a cams for boost. I know stage 1 n/a cam will work. But I would stick turbo cams, just because that's what it's made for.

if you look on crower's website...the main difference from the N/A and boosted stage 2 cams is the amount of lift... the turbo cams have more lift so more air gets through...

yes that's true. that's why i said stick with turbo cams.

The cams has short duration profile, builds cylinder pressure by reducing overlap, high lift for more air intake.

ok thanks im kinda thinking i need to go a new route with my build i got walked on by an all motor d16a1 and i cant have that.

I'm boosting 404's. All motor cams will almost always make more power under boosted conditions they are just harder to tune the more aggressive they are. If you already have the stage 2's keep them they'll be just fine. Vtec people go with Type R cam over GSR and B16 because they are more aggressive, same concept here.
