there are differences... the son of crower owns brian crower and they split into two different companies because of different views...

Check out coltcams guys http://www.coltcams.com They will outperform any crower cam and it's backed with a much better warranty. This company is Canadian based so that is why not too many people know about these cams.

Brian Crown is the son of Bruce Crower. From what I have heard Brian Crower does not follow the same QC as his father. The cams have different specs also. Have a look at the difference between the following stage 2 cams for a b18a/b engine

I did a little bit more research and it seems that both father and son own crower cams. Check out this Hoover's search on the business
http://www.hoovers.com/company/Crower_C ... skt-1.html

Here is a small exerpt from the website:
"While growing up at the world famous Crower Cams and Equipment Company, Brian Crower learned the in and outs of the engine internals business. With Crower Cams focusing mostly on the V8 market, Brian saw the chance to truly accommodate the sport compact market. With the full support of his family, Brian broke free of Crower and started Brian Crower, Inc. Brian Crower, Inc. provides the highest quality performance engine parts available."
