NEW HERE,
CAN ANYONE HELP WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A B SERIES VS A D SERIES CRANKSHAFT?
I CANNOT FIND NOT 1 MANUFACTURER FOR A D SERIES CRANK, THE STOCK IS SUPPOSE TO BE GOOD TO 600 HP SO IT IS NEVER A FACTOR, BUT ON MY BUILD I WANTED TO GO WITH EVERYTHING NEW I HAVE CROWER EVERYTHING AND CANNOT FIND A CUSTOM CRANK UNLESS THEY MAKE ONE FROM SCRATCH (2500.00) TOO RICH FOR ME, BUT CAN A SCAT/CROWER B SERIES CRANK BE MODIFIED TO D SERIES SPEC? A REGRIND/TURNDOWN? CENTERLINES OFF? NOT ENOUGH MEAT LEFT TURNED DOWN? ANY IDEAS?
LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS PLEAES AND THANKS.

stroke, journey sizes, length of the crankshaft. The best thing is to blue print, balance, and micropolish. Or knife edge it.
