Can i put a D16A6 Cam in a D15B7 head. And if so what would I have to do.

It works just fine. You should ideally use a Y7/Y8 cam gear to properly index the cam though.

that or use a degree dial

use a Y8 cam gear or the timing will be off a few degrees. i put a A6 cam in my friends car and it works great

With a good tune you could see near 130whp by doing mpfi and the cam/gear change.
