I'm Just Curious As To How Well Put Together This Engine Build Is, And What Kind Of HP & TQ Gains I Can Get From This "ENTIRE" Setup. Also, What Kind Of Money Do You Guys Think Would Have To Be Spent To Achieve This Goal?? The Car Is A 91 Honda Civic Si Hatchback...

If you sleeve the block, you won't need the block guard.
You don't need secondary fuel rail or injectors for an NA D Series.
There's a cheaper, better alternative to the Edelbrock fuel pump... search Walbro 255.
Personally, I'd stick to NGK for plugs and wires and OEM for the distibutor cap/rotor.

Is this your first build... is this your first Honda?

What kind of injectors or cc are you plan on using? And are you gonna use any ignition box setup? Like 4sd4dr said: sticking with ngk plugs are the best. I tried the nology plug before, the store didn't have ngk in stock so i brought the nology silver stone. Well I drove that day to n.c. from atl, Ga to visit family and the car broke down on the side of the hwy in NC. Lucky I had my tool box with me, I saw it had no spark, took the dist. cap off the rotor button melted off. A officer came by and ask to see what I was doing and I told him. He was kind enough to drive me to napa so I can get me parts, I brought a new rotor button and new ngk spark plugs. After i got it running the car ran fine ever since. That was a lesson learn for me. Now I always use ngk brand. lol..sorry didn't mean to thread jack or tell my life story..
