Hey,
Sooo, I ain't nothing but questions...
The woodruff key that orients the crank pulley on my d15 motor disintegrated. This in turn loosened the crank pulley bolt(Or vice versa)? Then my crank pulley started thrwing my belts. Luckily the crank pulley didn't eat into my block.....My problems are: how do I get the remnants of the old key out? Where do I get a new woodruff key? Should I replace the old crank pulley(there is a little wear)? Why doesn't anyone carry that crank pulley removal tool?(I know I know the internet)
Thank you to anyone who responds.

I had this happen to my sisters car a few months ago. Replace the crank pulley. It is probably warped. I changed the belts and kept the same crank pulley and guess what? I needed to replace the belts again a few days later. DOH!. Just change the crank pulley, get it from fleabay.

To lock you crank pulley in place you need a tool called a 'honda crankshaft pulley holder'. Search for it on the web. It locks the crank pulley bolt into place but it is still a bitch to take out. You need 130ft/lbs of muscle tearing torque to get the sucker out.

Also a friend of mine kinda experienced like this, but luckily his crank pulley were just fine then.. but as for you, you better change that old crank pulley though it only has a little wear and also get a new woodruff key.. :)
