first off the car is a 93 civic coupe did a ls swap and am looking to add some good power to motor turbo will be in my future.
starting the build probably within a week or so. i am doing paint and body work on it this week.
looking to upgrade the ignition system but dont know for sure what brand yet, the fuel system with high volume fuel rails, adjustable fuel pressure regulator fuel filter, fuel injectors(thinking around 255cc) will also be upgrading cams and intake manifold and port and polishing the motor. car will be a DD so no need to go all out. if you have any opinions on parts such as brands i am open to all suggestions this is my first import build in almost 4 years been working on a few mustangs in between.

You have the right ideas. For the bottom end just get forged pistons and rods, new bearings, and if you want to run a lot of power at higher boost levels then sleeve the motor. For the head port and polish, turbo cams, new valves, valve job, valve springs. Port match the manifold and bore out the throttle body. On low boost that should be a dependable daily driver and make some really good power up in the teens with psi. Just make sure it is tuned very well.

You have no need for any ignition mods as of right now... hell you probably wont need anything even after you boost except for maybe an external coil conversion.

Same goes for the fuel system mods you wanted to do. Except for injectors once boosted... there's no need to dump money in a fuel rail, AN fittings and braided lines, external/adjustable FPR's... ETC. I've seen a couple stock LS's make great power on stock fuel rails, stock fuel pressure regs, stock fuel lines. Keep in mind, stock injectors are 240cc's, so "upgrading" to a 255 will not gain you much if anything.

So is this an all motor build? How soon will you be boosting?
