Stock pressure for the DOHC ZC is around 32 at idle and 38 wot, 40-45 is rich for a stock motor, i run a 50 zex dry shot, i raised the pressure to around 39 idle 44,45 wot, and that seems to keep my air/fuel gauge happy @950lbs from the bottle, stock 240's are good to bout 220hp, i use my stock plugs and havent had a problem but timing needs to adj 2 degrees for every 50hp. the ignition timing marks are the 3 marks that are together on the crank pulley - on the DOHC ZC, static ignition timing is 16 degrees before top dead center, which is the middle mark of the 3 - usually painted red - the mark to the right of the middle is 14 degrees and the one to the left is 18 degrees - the single mark off to the right of the 3 marks is Top Dead Center and is usually painted white, u could use the colder plugs if u wanted just to be safe. if you spray and it leans out just give her a little more pressure via fpr, high octane fuel will help alot, dont spray with less than 93, And keep in mind unless u have direct port, honda intakes do not distribute nitrous equally so pulling the plugs after a sprayed run isnt a bad idea just to see how shes burnin. IMO W/nitrous better to be a little rich than lean, lean eats engines!
