i am using firdt generation dsm injectors in my 94 del sol, i should add an injector resistor pack right? i tried to find some info but i couldn't get any straight anwers.

no, its not a 'should you add one' its a 'YES YOU MUST ADD ONE!!!' dsm injectors have a much lower resistance than your stock injectors, therefore they flow more current . . . your ecu is not made to handle this 'extra' current and WILL end up getting fried (i.e. smoking/melting/junking your ecu)

ic said the blind man. will it just plug into my harness? h=i know i have the plug weth the yellow and black wires over there. does the year it comes off matter?

now, i can't remember off the top of my head if you can just 'plug' one in to an OBD1 harness, i don't think you can . . . you'll have to wire it in yourself or have someone do it for you.

the first resistor box i had i made myself but now i have the FJO driver box (a fancy resistor box) to do the job for me

no it wont just plug in 2 a obd1 harness it will to a obd0 there is one little bump in the injector it self i believe and it needs to be taken out thats it i may have a resistor box for sale if you need one its from a dsm and has the clip 4 it as well 4 a nice clean install :D

i have the injectors in, i removed the bump. i have 8 wires , yellow and black on the harness, i got one off a honda, it has 4 wires, red and black and one black one. do you know how to wire it?

i told ya over AIM that you needed one FOR SURE!!!

anyway you can either go to radio hack and buy them or you can retro fit one in from a OBD 0 civic/crx.
