DA meaning b18a1? If so look closely at your cams and there should be a line... one on each cam. On the cam the line will be on one tooth so one cam one line, turn your crank until the lines are diagonal to each other. I used a pair of vice grips to hold the belt in place so the cams didn't move BUT NOT TO TIGHT or you'll f#ck up your belt. So once your cams are lined up and in place you can start the process of getting the belt around the belt tentioner. Once that's done release those vice grips and your belt should be tight like shaq sittin in your back seat tight. Now I'm assuming your dizzy is all correct, and oh yea I'm not a pro but that's how I did it on my b18 and she runs like a rapped ape till this day  . Good luck!
