i want to go na and run 15.1 compression pistons and i want to stroke would i have to get custom rods help please

I'm not sure about the f-series. H22 with H23 crank and rods with 88 or 89mm pistons is a good start. Watch the 23's crank though its not as reliable at higher RPM's. Brian Crower has a stroker kit

Here is everything you need I have done this swap myself. Don't worry about the F23's longer stroke. ( It's 2mm) longer than the F22. Use the F23 Crank,rods and pistons, you'll have to get the block bored over size your piston and ring combo,with a n/a motor you can run a tighter ring gap ask your sales guy or bisimoti, and you'll have to get the Main journals turned down 005 thou anymore guestions PM me.
