i just dropped in a b20z into my DA. the first time i took it out it was fine. the second time i tried to i found a leak on one of the injector o ring. i replaced it. the motor wouldnt stay running. so i changed out the fuel pump to a walbro 255. now when i start it, it runs for a while but then dies out. the fuel rail pressure is only at 20-30 psi. i tried to adjust fuel pressure but it did nothing. i feel like giving up on her so any help would be great.

I have had that problem the car would run for a while then shut off and wouldnt start up until it cooled. My problem was the main relay that controls the fuel pump under neath the dash. I changed mine and it was fine.

fuel pressure should be at 40 psi at idle and 45 psi at WOT

if the fuel pressure is still low, you could have a fuel leak somewhere else...check all the fuel hoses that you disconnected/reconnected for the swap

i changed the main relay still nothing. there isnt any fuel coming out of the end of the fuel regulator. there should be right? could it be a clogged fuel filter? the one i have in is pretty new. the last time i put one in was a few years ago but my car sat for a year or so before i put it in. then i ran the year old gas threw the new filter. could it be clogged now?

If your fuel pump was not working you would not hear it priming the injectors when you turn the power on. Your car runs for a while and then just stops. Sounds more like an electrical problem. Possibly a bad ground or check the terminals at the battery. Try another stock ECU and make sure you are using a good one.

Are you using the stock fuel line from the filter to the rail? Make sure its not on backwards. It has different sized ends on it. the large side should be against the fuel rail.

Are you getting any CEL codes?

Check the throttle body for leaks and test the MAF sensor and make sure that you are getting a signal in the ECU.
