alright I have a stock B18b swapped into my hatch, picking up a 75 dry zex kit this weekend.

I plan to build the head on the LS and use that +spray while I build a spare block I have.

Now the question is, what kind of head package should I look into? I already have a skunk2 intake manifold and Im gonna grab a hondata gasket, but as for a header/exhaust combo (will a megan racing or DC sports header be fine? and what size exhaust? 2.5?) and actual internal headwork (what cams/valve train etc ...) Im lost ... any help is apprecaite for sure, it seems everyone is having great results with the brian crower stuff, but Im trying to get some opinions, thanks in advance.

and although I noticed some people saying the site moves slow, you guys have a lot of ghood information on the non-vtec motor, its a good read :)

The headers you listed would be fine for a street application and I would definitely go with a 2.5 inch exhaust all the way back. As for the head, check out the KMS valve train package and invest in a set of Crower cams the 403's maybe 404's although you would see better results from the 404's if you went into the motor and bumped the compression with some B16 slugs. Also be careful with that Juice since its a dry shot. Don't go all gung ho and melt a piston. Its very easy to do with a dry shot, I know from experience, especially with any shot over 50.

yeah, the dry setup is well free basically, so thats why I got it, regardless I figure to run it wet later on I would just need to pick up a couple of extra parts correct? and thanks for the info, I will probably end up running a 50 shot for a while to see how it goes before just deciding to run the 75 ... also, I am not one to have a lead foot, so I will not be spraying bottle upon bottle through the motor everywhere I go :)

brian crower cams as well as crane and crower are all proven to make power. pick a grind that will matchthe engine well and the powerband you want.

as far as springs i use rocker springs but JG, crower, crane and others have all been used with success

regarding a header you can cheap out and do an ebay/megan 4-1 with a 2.5" collector and that will serve you fine with the power levels youll be lookin at.
