The easiest f-motor to swap into your accord would be the same old f22a1 you've got now. They're super plentiful and are dirt cheap... I got one for $150 and it doesn't a drop of oil.
The best f-motor to swap in would be the JDM F20B VTEC... basically a de-bored h22. However they are all OBDII and would require you to convert them to OBDI, which isn't a hugh problem, but there are easier things to do.
Honestly, I would probably swap in a DOHC F20A if you've got a 5 speed or a DOHC F22B if you've got an auto. Both will give you a nice bump in power, and neither require extensive modifications to the wiring or vacuum lines. If you can track down the ECU for the f22b (PT3 IIRC) you don't even have to run wiring for a knock censor and can actually run the IAB's both of those motors have. I'd get the f22b for more bottom end torque, but the f20a would rev quicker and higher because of better geometery. With a little searching you might find you can run the F22A6 ECU on either of the DOHC f-motors and do okay, and you can also run the H23A1 (P14) ecu from a prelude and do okay, but tracking down that elusive PT3 ecu would be your best bet.
Just realized you've got a 93, so if you've got an EX, just find another F22A6 and put that in. It's got close to the same hp and tq as the DOHC motors, but requires absolutely no tricks to make work. You're looking at about 145hp right there... the f20a runs about 150 and the f22b runs about 155-160.
