Thats going to be a pretty exciting build, since you are going for quality here is my recommendation

New Rings - OEM
New Head gasket – Depends on your build
Head studs – ARP
Main studs – ARP
Rod bolts – ARP

Having the right head gasket is kind of an art form, too thin and you wont have enough clearance, too thick and you lose power. Either OEM or Cometic are good. But you have to do some math. Ther'es a calculator out somewhere that tells you what thickness you need.

Check out this Honda/Acura B and D series Compression Calculator it is very useful in determining what compression you want. What kind of build are you doing, is it going to be for street or racing? What kind of octane are you aiming for? anything over 11.5 compression and you need 93 or above...

If this is going to be a daily driver, you want lower compression, under 11, so that you don't have to put in race fuel all the time.
