My 89 crx hf was running fine until now. Before I left work I started my car and let it warm for 5 min. Then I took off and stopped and the stop sign and it just shut off. I tried to start it back up but it didnt start. I think its the distrubitor so i have a 90 integra one and wanted to know if that would get it running. I know the ears are different but i can make that work I think. It has a fairly new main relay in it. This is my only transportion until i get my EK on the road. Thanks for the help

I had the coil and module checked in the distrubitor and there good. I put a new main relay in checked all fuses under hood and dash 1 by 1 and found 1 that was bad replaced it and still won't start. Im going to try the ecu and see if that it. Does anyone know anything to try? Thanks

does your fuel pump turn on when you turn the key to on position?
have you checked your timing belt?
give us more info. like is the motor turning over, does it start then die, do you have a check engine light on, and so on. let us know what happens when you get it running. just for other people in the same boat as you are.

the timing belt had broke. I thought the distributor was bad because it didnt have fire. Put a new belt on and everything was good thankfully I didnt bend the valves. Thanks
