I have 90 Civic STD with D15B1 and 93 Accord LX with F22A1, so I felt like I hit the jack pot when I found this forum last night. Both engines are in need of work. Doing research on this forum will be great for gathering information.
D15 will be removed from one chassis and installed onto another 90 Civic STD. I would like to find D16 block that is left over from head being removed, so I can install D15B1 head onto it.
F22 has low compression on #3 cylinder. I am using engine oil additive to squeeze out more miles out of this engine at the moment while Civic will be ready for the road.
It takes time and money, which I am very short on both.
I will be asking stupid questions, I am sure. When I do, go easy on me, please.
