alright ill start off with a little background

car: 94 civic hatch
Engine: 95 b18b1

1. ive read on honda tech about a p8r head and someone attempted to make it work on a ls is it possible and can someone send me a link on it

2. if not then how well will this setup work:

stock ported head with aftermarket springs and retainers still not sure of who to go with
skunk2 or blox im
68 or 70 mm tb
replica js racing power chamber intake
crower 403 cams
p30 pistons
stock rods
ls crank
arp rods and bolts

this is for a dd i know with that setup i should be about 11ish:1 ratio and with the gas going up how well will it respond to pump gas highest we got in wa is 92 but most likely ill be pumpin 87

it will bolt on and work, but will feel sluggish. The p8r head, the bowl is made for a 84mm bore. If your doing a 81mm bore then use the pr4 head. With that much compression i would use the 92oct. gas.

once upon a time there was a perfomance shop called ride revolution. the mechanics their had a huge convo (fuss fight) about which head had the best flow. at the end of their fuss. 90-91 terrible flow. 92-95 improved but still sucked. 96 up close to a vtec flow. then mix and match. ls on b20 great. b20 on ls garbage. sounded like it made sense to me.

FYI - A 96+ LS head would not be a PR4... it'd be a P75... which came on both B20's and B18B's.
