Welcome the the site. California has some of the strictest smog rules in the planet. Post up some pics of you car. Are you trying to go all engine or turbo?

what to know also. n/a or turbo? thats crazy how california has such strict smog laws but yet the best garage built cars that ive seen are in california. its the first time ive seen honda taking out corvettes n vipers on street racing.
