DC and EG seat pans are the same. Follow the same procedures.

The RSX seats swapped into a DC2/4 chassis are too tall IMO. The clearance between the top of the seat and the roof of the car is right around 4 inches. If you need to put the seat forward it rubs against the roof. I would imagine that if you got some "low" seat rails the fitment might be better ... but I wouldn't do the RSX seat swap.

That's what I'm here for ... my unlimited knowledge. Haha. The guys I hang out with try swapping everything between cars ... so I usually benefit from their trial and error.

I know this is kinda back from the dead, but I can confirm that by switching seat rails from the stock front seats in any 92-00 civic (newer ones may be possible), 92-96 prelude, and 90-02 accord, you can get those seats to fit into any of the other cars mentioned... including the kickass 92-96 prelude seats. The preludes came with black interiors more often than not.

How do I know? July 4th weekend my buddy and I got bored, had a 93 civic and a 99 prelude. Prelude didn't run, and the civic seats had seen better days. We tried bolting 89 prelude seats into the civic, no go. Tried the 99 prelude seats, close. Then upon further inspection we noticed the bolts for the rails on the prelude seat and the civic seat are laid out exactly the same... 30 minutes later the civic rails were on the prelude seat, and prelude seats were in the civic.
I've also got 92 prelude seats ready to go into my 90 accord in a week.

so i was walking through my local junkyard last week and saw a demolished civic. Thought nothing of it until i walked past it..........i fund my seats, from waht i can remember they are black leather RSX seats. I asked the owner of the yard how much he said 75$. They are dirty but no rips or anything physically wrong with them. So 2morrow i am heading over there and pulling em out, rails/sliders and seats and putting them in this weekend. I am rather excited.

ok the seats are in but i cannot get pics up today i have a ton going on. Talked the guy down to 60$, but they are not RSX seats, i thought they were cause i couldn't remember what they looked like. None the less they are black leather seats from an integra and they look awesome. The drivers side has a tear, but it is along the seam so i can just sow it back up and look like new. There is a little weathering on them due to the donor car having all smashed windows, nothing a little armor all and leather restorer cannot fix. Overall worth the 60 bucks. I will try and get pics up in the next two days.

Really? That may be perfect for me. I'm 4'11" and want some seats that sit high but want to stay OE. I may have to look into this
