Alright after getting the car retuned again im still stuck at the same point. The car runs amazing after 2000 rpm but below that all it does is surge from 1000-1500 and then finally drop to 1000 and want to die. Can someone with some past experience give me some direction in which way to go on how to get it to hold a steady rpm at idle?

Also just wondering what everyone with these cams was running base timing at idle and also did you have to play with the throttle stop and the duty cycle of the iacv?

PM'ed

Just as another piece of advice, get a cheap boost gauge and "T" it into the intake manifold. At Idle it should read between 20-25 pounds of Vacuum any less than that and you'll know you have a vacuum leak.
